Key Account Strategist Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Key Account Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and managing strategic relationships with our clients to drive revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities:
* Drive sales conversion processes for small and medium-sized businesses
* Develop and maintain relationships with commercial segment customers in the LATAM region
* Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied and referenceable customers
* Conduct daily research and build over 40 new business leads
* Support inbound and outbound sales teams in closing enterprise deals
* Qualify leads and nurture them through the initial stages of the buyer's journey
* Handle customer inquiries
* Document all interactions and findings with leads in our CRM system, ensuring seamless handoffs to account executives
* Play a key role in our international market expansion efforts
