* A strong network in the HR/Recruiting industry
* Fluency in English (spoken, listening, and written)
* Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and great analytical skills
* Able to build rapport and establish credibility with clients
* Capable of identifying business opportunities and market gaps
* Ambitious and motivated with a focus on expanding our client base
* A flair for sales and negotiation
* An understanding of Recruitment principles
* A LinkedIn account and excellent communication skills
* Persistent and resilient in cold and warm calling
