The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions across both front-end and back-end systems and ability build data pipelines and operate them efficiently. Key responsibilities include implementing scalable and efficient infrastructure, contributing to the full-stack development lifecycle, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build innovative solutions that enhance Lasso's service offerings. The candidate will also ensure high-performance and security standards while working on web development projects.QualificationsExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative, remote environmentBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical fieldProficient in Back-End Web Development and Front-End DevelopmentExperience in Full-Stack Development and Software Development methodologiesExperience launching real products to end users and growing the usage and user baseExperience in breaking down stories to smaller deliverables, making technical and product trade offsStrong experience in Nextjs/React/Tanstack Query/Nextjs SSR/Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for front-end designStrong experience in Python/SQLAlchemy and optimizing python servicesExperience in using feature flags through Posthog, Unleash, GrowthBook like tools and integrationsStrong experience in optimizing queries, troubleshooting database performance issues and transforming, migrating, syncing data across various storage levels and database platformsUnderstanding of good and bad use of AI for software development and how to specify, breakdown, manage context, agentic flows, and memory for AI based software productsExperience designing and architecting data schema for different types of data storage and transmissionsExperience managing DAD stack for data engineering and analytics solutionsFamiliarity with scalable infrastructure and cloud-based technologiesExperience with setting up monitoring, alerting and observability with data pipelineExperience with healthcare technology or lead management platforms is a plusExperience supporting end users on a paid product or service
