What you will do
* Technical Discovery Call & Stakeholder Engagement: Assemble Sales Support Engineering team, align them on preliminary information, following internal RACI procedures; lead the Technical Discovery call with strong interpersonal skills to build rapport; demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the SDLC to guide discussions and identify project feasibility; use consultative questioning to uncover client pain points and business objectives, extracting and analyzing high-level requirements (timeline, budget constraints, technical skill requirements, risk assessments); showcase presentation and storytelling skills in client-facing interactions.
* Proposal Development & Deliverable Creation: Develop dynamic, visually compelling decks and engagement proposals that articulate service offerings, project scope, value propositions, and strategic recommendations; customize deliverables to reflect client-specific challenges; integrate technical insights with business strategy to account for immediate deliverables and long-term client growth.
* Team Buildout and Project Kickoff: Coordinate among Sales, Recruiting, and Engineering to ensure smooth hand-offs from initial engagement through team buildout to project kickoff; act as a client-facing concierge to drive successful onboarding; translate complex technical aspects into business-focused narratives; maintain a consulting mindset to align proposals with targeted business outcomes.
Must Haves
* 3+ years of experience in similar Sales & Delivery Management roles
* Exceptional Communication & Soft Skills: outstanding interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly; strong presentation and storytelling skills for client interactions
* UX & Presentation Design Acumen: solid understanding of UX principles and design thinking; proven track record of creating high-quality presentation decks and proposals
* Technical Savvy & SDLC Knowledge: deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and familiarity with agile methodologies; ability to discuss technical nuances while focusing on business impact
* Analytical & Strategic Thinking: ability to synthesize complex information, identify key insights, and propose actionable strategies; balance client objectives with technical feasibility
* Team Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination: experience working across multiple departments and ensuring alignment among Sales, Engineering, and Recruiting
* Consultative Sales Experience: prior experience in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical consulting role within a digital software consultancy or similar environment
