Your Role
As our UX Design Lead, you will:
Lead the design and development of user experiences for Bitcoinsensus platforms, ensuring usability and accessibility.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand detailed business and user requirements.
Conduct research and user testing to identify customer needs and pain points.
Translate insights into design strategies and deliver cohesive, innovative user interfaces.
Partner with developers, product owners, and QA engineers to ensure design specifications are implemented effectively.
Stay updated with the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices, bringing forward improvements to enhance user satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of3 years in UX design, ideally with experience leading enterprise or fintech/crypto projects.
Strong proficiency in tools such asFigma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Proven track record of delivering successful UX solutions backed by research and testing.
Excellent understanding ofusability principles and user psychology.
Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
A strong portfolio demonstrating your UX design process and results.
