What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to grow the employer's presence in the Federal Market and scale annual revenue
Inspire, manage, and develop a team of Direct Engagement and Channel Managers focused on Federal business growth
Identify, qualify, and engage new opportunities across federal agencies to drive sustained revenue increases
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop Federal-specific strategic marketing initiatives
Own detailed forecasting and business analysis for the employer's Federal segment in the U.S. market
What is Required (Qualifications):
Demonstrated Federal Government sales experience with a track record of managing and growing Federal accounts
Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, creating frameworks for individual and team success
Experience enabling partners to sell Unified Communications (UC) solutions to federal government agencies
Strong business acumen and exceptional negotiation skills
Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including public speaking and professional presentation delivery
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Deep knowledge of Value-Added Resellers (VARs), Direct Market Resellers (DMRs), and the federal procurement landscape
Motivated self-starter with exceptional leadership capabilities in a fast-paced environment
Experience fostering alignment across sales, marketing, and operational functions
