About Role:
We are supporting a global financial data environment, focusing on Market Data infrastructure .
The role involves remote support for multiple clients within banking environments.
Perform Remote support activities.
Execute Linux system operations via command line (no GUI)
Navigate file systems (find, copy, edit files)
Start/stop services and monitor system processes
Troubleshoot:
Connectivity issues
Application/service failures
Communicate effectively with:
Local client IT teams
Global teams
Requirements
Medior Linux / Unix Administrator or System Support Engineer
Strong hands-on experience with:
Command-line environments (Linux/Unix)
File system operations
Process/service management
Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills
Experience in production / banking / financial environments is a strong advantage
English – mandatory
Local language – strong advantage
Working model
Freelance / Contract-based
Part-time
Workdays: Saturdays only (6 hours engagement), across multiple months
Visits scheduled weekly:
Planning communicated on Mondays for upcoming Saturday
Remote work – 100%
