The organization seeks a ServiceNow Technical Expert to drive the development and growth of ServiceNow as its IT ERP system.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make strategic decisions for ServiceNow configuration and development.
2. Lead and supervise external partners responsible for ServiceNow development and application management.
3. Perform configuration, development, and administration tasks within ServiceNow.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic roadmaps and project scopes.
Qualifications
* Must-Have: Certified ServiceNow Administrator or equivalent.
* Proven experience in scripting and integration within ServiceNow.
* Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
