Job Overview
The Client Success Manager is responsible for cultivating strong relationships with our agency clients, primarily chiropractic, dental, and medspa clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily Client Interaction: Establish and maintain open lines of communication with each clinic client via regular calls, emails, and texts to ensure timely updates.
2. Client Onboarding Process: Lead new clients through the setup process, guaranteeing that tracking, GoHighLevel, and campaigns are properly configured to meet their needs.
3. Campaign Performance Monitoring: Regularly review ad and funnel performance metrics, track key indicators such as CPL, leads generated, bookings, show rate, and conversion rate to inform data-driven decisions.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in sales or lead generation.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Able to interpret complex data and convert insights into actionable recommendations.
