This position requires the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
The successful candidate will oversee the performance of the recruitment delivery team, driving efficiency and effectiveness through data analysis and process optimization.
Key responsibilities include:
* Acting as the primary point of contact between our client and Randstad.
* Establishing and maintaining robust relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
* Leading the recruitment delivery team to achieve exceptional results.
* Analyzing operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
* Presenting insights, updates, and reports to both internal and client-side leadership.
In order to succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles.
* Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Native Portuguese, fluent in English.
* Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and a self-assured, professional presence.
