Job Description:
We are seeking a Visual Creative Strategist to drive growth through emotion-led ad creative. Our best ads spark nostalgia and feeling—the message lives in the visuals, pacing, and music, not long copy. You will partner with editors and user-generated content (UGC) creators to build, test, and scale high-converting video concepts for Meta.
As a Visual Creative Strategist, you will turn insights into scroll-stopping hooks and storyboards; pick music, pacing, and shot lists that carry the message. You will also build concise briefs for UGC creators/editors; source and manage creators. Additionally, you will guide editing (cuts, rhythm, captions/overlays when needed) to maximize thumb-stop, click-through rate (CTR), and conversion value rate (CVR).
* Turn insights into compelling narrative arcs and visually appealing storyboards.
* Collaborate with designers, editors, and media buyers on weekly sprints to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:

* Own the creative vision and direction of ad campaigns.
