We are seeking a skilled Clinical Trainer to develop and deploy clinical training for our customers, distributors, and field employees.
About the Role
As a Clinical Trainer, you will be responsible for:
* Implementing and upholding rigorous high-quality standards in training
* Providing clinical training to existing and potential customers (digital and onsite)
* Coordinating all local clinical events
* Demonstrating use/benefits of our products to customers
This role involves close collaboration with the Clinical Training Director and requires excellent presentation skills, as well as experience in the medical device industry, preferably in aesthetics. The successful candidate will also have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with a results-driven and self-motivated approach.
Key Responsibilities
1. Training Delivery: Provide clinical training to existing and potential customers, ensuring that all programs meet required regulations and standards.
2. Logistics Coordination: Oversee every detail of training logistics to guarantee smooth and successful training sessions.
3. Product Knowledge: Demonstrate use/benefits of our products to customers.
4. Innovation: Innovate current educational offerings for salesforce and customers to digital platforms.
Requirements
* Experience or training in the medical device industry; preferable experience in the aesthetics field - an advantage
* Excellent presentation skills
* Accurate in delivering training messaging
* Must be willing to travel throughout LATAM region – around 70%
