Key Responsibilities:
* Manage Google Search, Display & YouTube campaigns for multiple SaaS accounts with budgets ranging from $5k to $50k per month.
* Optimize Google Ads based on HubSpot data to drive sales pipeline creation.
* Launch and iterate experiments weekly, including ad copy, offers, and landing pages.
Lead-Quality Analytics:
* Map lead-to-SQL-to-Revenue; surface relevant keywords and winning campaigns.
* Present insights to eliminate waste and scale successful initiatives.
Client Strategy & Comms:
* Run monthly reviews, set client expectations, and propose growth strategies.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads for B2B SaaS (proven SQL generation track record).
* Proficiency in HubSpot or similar tools, as well as Google Tag Manager.
* Ability to manage 5+ accounts independently, with proactive work ethic and minimal supervision.
* Copywriting skills to craft compelling search ads that highlight complex SaaS value propositions.
* Independent thinker with exceptional communication skills for client interactions.
Deal-Breakers:
* Inactive Google Ads management in the past 90 days.
* No experience optimizing with CRM/first-party data.
