We are seeking a Digital Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will act as the strategic liaison between clients and our internal teams, ensuring everything runs smoothly, aligned with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and growth
* Coordinate with internal teams to execute digital campaigns: media, creative, performance, branding, etc.
* Provide strategic recommendations based on client goals and market context
* Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and proactively optimize as needed
* Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to maximize client value
* Manage contracts, budgets, timelines, and deliverables with transparency and accountability
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Manager in an agency or digital/SaaS environment
* Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
* Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem: paid media, CRM, automation, SEO, analytics, etc.
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to extract insights and translate them into strategic actions
* Strong time management and multitasking capabilities
* Proactive attitude, solution-oriented mindset, and a genuine passion for digital marketing
