Python Developer Leader
We are seeking an experienced Python developer to lead the development of risk applications and tools from scratch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing data models using industry best practices.
* The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and maintaining various applications using Python, as well as designing and implementing data models that meet industry standards.
* Experience with code management and CI/CD tools such as Github, Azure Devops, Jenkins, Bamboo etc. is highly desirable.
Mandatory Skills Description:
* A deep understanding of data quality principles is essential for this role.
* The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Python programming language.
* At least 1 year of experience in trading domain/capital markets is required.
* The successful applicant will also have proven experience in designing and developing reports and performance metrics from complex and disparate platforms.
* A good understanding and demonstrated experience working with SQL (MySQL) is necessary.
Nice-to-Have Skills Description:
* Risk trading system development experience is beneficial.
* The ideal candidate will have a good understanding and demonstrated experience working with MySQL.
* Geneva experience especially in gSQL and RSL is highly desirable.
* KDB Experience is also advantageous.
