Job Description:
This role involves leading and supporting UAT activities for import/export processes. Responsibilities include test planning, execution, defect management, collaborating with SMEs and IT teams to ensure test coverage aligns with global trade compliance and operational requirements.
The successful candidate will execute test scripts, validate system functionality against business processes, document results and escalate issues for resolution. In addition, they will act as a liaison between IT and business teams translating technical requirements into business context.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Possess strong expertise in import/export process including customs documentation, trade compliance shipping requirements.,
• Hands-on experience with SAP modules related to global trade logistics is a must.,
• Familiarity with UAT methodologies test management tools e.g., JIRA HP ALM.
Ideally the successful candidate would have hands-on experience of operating in consumer goods manufacturing environments; knowledge of regional business practices compliance regulations for effective collaboration.
