Senior Agile Coach

Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement Agile frameworks and best practices across multiple teams, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.
* Collaborate with product owners to prioritize backlogs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering value to stakeholders.
* Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and empowerment among team members.
* Mentor and coach Scrum Masters and team members on Agile principles and practices, fostering growth and development within the organization.
* Lead efforts to resolve conflicts and challenges within teams, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
* Drive Change Management by coaching teams on transformation journeys, establishing clear processes, and challenging them to shift their mindset.
* Oversee the integration and use of Azure DevOps tools within project teams, optimizing collaboration, code management, and CI/CD pipelines.
* Drive the adoption of Azure DevOps features among teams, ensuring they are leveraged to enhance project transparency and delivery efficiency.
Requirements:
* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
* Experience in facilitating change management initiatives and driving process improvements within teams.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
* Strong technical skills, with experience in using Azure DevOps tools and related technologies.
