Qualifications & Expectations

* University degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
* Previous experience in retail, e‑commerce, or travel industries is a large plus.
* Solid experience in SaaS industry.
* Knowledge of Martech (Digital Marketing, CX) is a must.
* Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with partners at the executive level; we do not make a sale, we make a partner.
* Proven oral and written communication abilities with energetic phone skills and excellent listening skills.
* Self‑motivated, tech‑savvy, always in search of solutions and ideas to improve partner relationships.
* Care for our partners and ensure they feel at home with our products and around‑the‑clock support.
* Time and project management skills.
* Attention to detail with a passion for testing, measuring, and improving outreach efficacy.
* Ability and flexibility to work in a fast‑paced startup environment with high emotional intelligence.
* Opportunity to share expertise with the team and lead internal projects, though this is not a team‑management role.
