Job Title: Senior Internal Talent Advisor
In this strategic role, you will serve as a liaison between our client and the organization, requiring strong stakeholder management skills, operational insight, and leadership capabilities.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, offering consulting services and data-driven recommendations to drive business results.
The ideal candidate will have a background in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a focus on recruitment and proven experience in client-facing roles.
 * Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the organization.
 * Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
 * Oversee the performance of the recruitment delivery team.
 * Analyze operational data and identify trends to proactively solve issues and drive improvements in recruiting processes.
 * Influence and guide the team toward achieving delivery goals and maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
 * Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles.
 * Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms.
 * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 * Native Portuguese, Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
 * Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and a self-assured, professional presence.
