Responsibilities Transform raw assets intopolished, professional videos that resonate with the targetaudience. Ensure all work adheres to specific brand guidelines andvisual identities. Collaborate with the creative team to refineedits based on feedback. Maintain organized project files andassets within the Adobe ecosystem. Review final cuts for coloraccuracy, pacing, and audio quality. Adhere to company policies andprocedures. Requirements Strong video editing skills with a provenability to execute a creative, modern aesthetic. Experiencematching specific brand styles and maintaining quality consistentwith top-tier creative agencies. Strong knowledge of the AdobeCreative Suite (specifically optimized for Mac environments).Experience in taking creative feedback and iterating quickly tomeet project goals. Experience managing multiple projectsindependently in a fully remote environment. Strong attention todetail and a high level of consistency across all videodeliverables. Strong communication skills and a proactive approachto remote collaboration. Good time management skills with a trackrecord of reliability and meeting tight deadlines. Candidates mustbe based in Latin America or the Caribbean. Time Zone: Flexible(must align reasonably with client needs). Schedule: Hourly /Project-based. Remote from Latin America and the Caribbean.
