About the Role
The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing business processes and developing solutions to improve efficiency and productivity. You'll be responsible for gathering requirements from stakeholders, documenting business needs, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain business process models and documentation
* Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements
* Analyze data and identify areas for process improvement
* Design and implement new business processes and procedures
* Work collaboratively with IT and business stakeholders to develop and implement technology solutions
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
* At least 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Azure Boards)
* Advanced English language skills
