Business Development – América Latina Responsabilidades Desarrollar estrategias de crecimiento para el mercado latinoamericano Onboard de KOLs, comunidades y partners locales Impulsar adquisición de usuarios y volumen de trading Construir relaciones a largo plazo con socios estratégicos Monitorear métricas clave y desempeño del canal Analizar tendencias del mercado y competencia Requisitos 1–3 años de experiencia en BD / ventas / partnerships Experiencia en crypto es altamente valorada Red de contactos en el ecosistema cripto es un plus Perfil orientado a resultados Español nativo; inglés es un diferencial Job Responsibilities Develop and execute business development strategies across Latin America (Brazil / Argentina / Mexico / Colombia, etc.) Identify and onboard local KOLs, communities, affiliates, trading groups, and channel partners Drive user acquisition and increase trading volume in the region Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key partners Track BD performance metrics (new users, active traders, trading volume, channel ROI) Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide insights to internal teams Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to improve local growth strategy Requirements 1–3 years of experience in BD / Sales / Partnerships (crypto experience preferred) Strong understanding of the LatAm crypto ecosystem Existing network of KOLs / communities is a strong plus Result-oriented with strong execution ability Ability to work independently in a remote environment Compensation Competitive base salary Performance-based commission (linked to trading volume / KOL performance) Flexible remote work Fast growth opportunity in a global crypto exchange
