Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

* A minimum of 8 years of hands-on technical experience in one or more of the following domains: Java, Python, .NET, C++, JavaScript, Full-Stack, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, Cloud, Mobile, DevOps, Cybersecurity, or QA Automation
* Strong knowledge of coding, architecture, and design patterns
* Prior experience in interviewing, mentoring, or technical training is preferred
* Excellent communication skills in English and/or Spanish
* The ability to conduct structured and unbiased evaluations
* A reliable internet connection and availability for scheduled interviews
