Project Coordinator: Automotive UX Study
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive project coordinator to lead a fast-paced automotive user experience (UX) study in São Paulo.
The successful candidate will be responsible for orchestrating day-to-day study operations, assisting in moderating in-vehicle research sessions with local drivers, and providing light device/IT support to ensure smooth execution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and own the project plan, including timelines, budget, and participant milestones, working closely with the Ops Manager and UX Research Lead.
* Run daily stand-ups with distributed teammates (US, Brazil, India).
* Moderate approximately two weeks of in-vehicle sessions in São Paulo, guiding participants through tasks and capturing high-quality data.
* Translate consent forms, short surveys, and session notes between Portuguese and English.
* Prepare, track, and recover equipment used to execute the study.
* Troubleshoot participant hardware, connectivity, and account issues; escalate edge-case bugs to engineering via JIRA.
Requirements:
* Reside or work in the greater São Paulo area; be legally authorized to work as an independent contractor in Brazil.
* Speak native-level Portuguese and possess professional-level English skills (spoken and written).
* Have at least 3 years of experience in project coordination, research operations, UX research, or similar fields.
* Be comfortable diagnosing common hardware/connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, Android/iOS devices, Bluetooth peripherals).
* Familiarity with Google Workspace, project management tools (Asana/JIRA), and basic spreadsheets is required.
