Job Overview
This position involves managing the day-to-day operation of a cloud-native SaaS solution for Open Banking in North America. The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting production environments for financial services institutions, as well as AWS cloud environments.
About the Role
* Manage the daily operations of the Open Banking SaaS solution
* Provide expert knowledge on Open Banking workflows and mentor the support team
* Participate in application support and resolve customer issues
* Collaborate with development and AWS SMEs to ensure smooth platform operation
Mandatory Skills
* 7+ years of experience in supporting production environments for financial services institutions
* 2+ years of experience in supporting AWS cloud environments
* Working experience in FDX/REST APIs, data sharing, and consent workflows
* Previous experience leading a support team
* Experience running SLA and KPI frameworks for critical applications
* ITIL processes experience, mainly change, release, and incident management
* Experience dealing with senior customer management
Nice-to-Have Skills
* Open Banking experience
* French language B2 or above
