Technical ServiceNow Expert
This role plays a pivotal part in building and evolving ServiceNow as the IT ERP for the organization.
The Technical ServiceNow Expert takes hands-on architectural decisions, guides external partners, and contributes to configuration, development, and administration of ServiceNow.
* Makes hands-on architectural decisions for ServiceNow configuration and development.
* Guides external partners responsible for ServiceNow development and application management.
* Performs configuration, development, and administration tasks within ServiceNow.
* Collaborates with the DSM ServiceNow, Enterprise Architect, and Process Owners to ensure alignment with strategic roadmaps and project scopes.
* Investigates and advises on module usage, integrations, and platform capabilities.
* Represents the organization as a subject matter expert in cross-functional meetings and initiatives.
