About the Role
We're looking for a Digital Designer (UX/UI) to join our team and help create high-quality, user-centered digital experiences. This role is ideal for someone with a strong visual design foundation, excellent attention to detail, and a solid understanding of UX/UI principles. You will collaborate closely with developers and cross-functional teams in an international, remote environment.
Fluency in English is mandatory, and strong proficiency in Figma is essential.
Key Requirements
* Advanced proficiency in Figma
* Strong UX/UI principles and user-centered design approach
* Excellent attention to detail and typography
* Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
* Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently in a remote, international team
Experience
* Designing creative assets for web, display, and social
* UI design for responsive web and mobile
* Collaboration with developers and cross-functional teams
* Working with international stakeholders and distributed teams
Nice to Have
* Adobe XD, Premiere Pro, After Effects
* Experience with WordPress or other CMS
* Proactive, trend-aware mindset
