Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
 * 4+ years of experience in technical product support (B2B/SaaS preferred)
 * Hands-on experience supporting software in production environments (mobile & web)
 * Strong skills in scripting, SQL, APIs, HTML, and debugging tools
 * Experience in mobile advertising analytics or adtech is a plus
 * Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
