Senior Project Manager Position
This role involves overseeing and guiding IT project management teams to achieve business goals.
* A strong background in Agile Scrum methodologies, application software development, and Microsoft DevOps is required.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, or a related field.
At least 8 years of experience in IT project management in an Agile Scrum environment is necessary. Prior hands-on development or coding experience is also beneficial.
The successful candidate will be able to manage teams of technical architects, developers, QA professionals, and business analysts effectively.
Desirable Skills:
* Experience in the oil and gas industry is highly desirable.
* Previous experience in a consulting role or possessing a consultative mindset is valuable.
* PMP certification and CSM are highly valued.
* Familiarity with change management, risk analysis, and cloud technologies is advantageous.
