Regional Business Growth Manager Job Description
* Drive new business with iGaming operators across key LATAM markets.
* Support and manage aggregator relationships to ensure content visibility.
* Monitor and interpret regional regulatory and compliance developments.
* Advise on market-specific requirements to support successful launches.
* Represent the company at events and in-person client meetings.
Candidate Profile:
* 3-5 years of iGaming sales experience preferred, ideally with a game provider or aggregator.
* Strong network across LATAM operators.
* Knowledge of sales processes, integrations, and product rollout cycles.
* Familiar with regional compliance and regulatory frameworks.
* Fluent in Spanish with professional English skills.
* Candidates with strong account management experience may also be considered.
* Based in LATAM, preferably in Peru, Argentina, Colombia, or Chile.
This position involves working with various stakeholders, including operators, aggregators, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the LATAM market and its regulations. Regular travel within the region may be required.
