Program Director
The Program Director oversees the successful delivery of IT initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope and requirements. Their key responsibilities include driving project management decisions, ensuring effective governance and long-term vision, and leading cross-functional teams to drive timely completion of deliverables.
The ideal candidate possesses advanced English skills, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and significant experience in Project/Program Management, including managing merger and acquisition infrastructure and application integration or divestiture projects. Advanced certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive project management decisions and ensure effective governance and long-term vision.
* Lead cross-functional teams to drive timely completion of deliverables.
* Analyze divisional business requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.
* Develop expert knowledge of platform systems and define 'To Be' system solutions and flows.
* Ensure coordination of teams to drive timely completion of deliverables.
* Manage project budgets and financials.
* Define and provide KPI's and metrics for assigned projects.
* Interact closely with stakeholders and vendors and provide communications to executive management.
* Operationally troubleshoot or lead the troubleshooting of complex issues.
Requirements:
* Advanced English skills.
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
* Significant experience in Project/Program Management.
* Experience managing merger and acquisition infrastructure and application integration or divestiture projects.
* Project management professional and/or certified scrum master certifications.
