Client Success Specialist
Overview:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring consistent communication and satisfaction.
* Take full commercial ownership of accounts, driving revenue growth and achieving performance objectives.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with client needs and business goals.
* Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and guidance to optimize client operations and promotional strategies.
* Ensure timely delivery of gaming products and solutions according to client requirements.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B account management within the iGaming industry, ideally for a slot or game provider.
* Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese and English; Spanish fluency is an advantage.
* Native or resident of a LATAM market (for example Brazil, Colombia, or Peru).
