The Visual Merchandising & Store Design Coordinator is an Architect responsible for overlooking the Store Design operations in Brazil, designing all CAPEX projects following the brand guidelines, ensuring a consistent and highly qualitative execution of the brand, always respecting the visual strategy and following the marketing plan.
Key Responsibilities
As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the brand experience through excellence in
Visual Merchandising
and
Store Design. Your core responsibilities will include:
VISUAL MERCHANDISING:
Leading innovation in the design and updating of Sephora gondolas in Brazil, collaborating with the regional team in Miami to ensure a cohesive and impactful visual experience.
Bringing podiums and special projects to life, closely monitoring the development and implementation of SPP and HPP animations, from sketch to final result.
Actively contributing to the success of seminars, local events and meetings, acting as an ambassador for our visual merchandising.
Being the local reference for visual merchandising, providing valuable support and guidance to field teams.
Creating the VM Book monthly and ensuring that all backlight visuals at Points of Sale are always updated and appealing.
STORE DESIGN:
Managing the complete Capex process cycle in Brazil, from initial conception to approval and design detailing.
Designing innovative and functional spaces using
AutoCAD
to create precise plans, elevations, and technical specifications.
Articulating and presenting design projects to key stakeholders (local and regional board, Central architecture, clients), seeking alignment and approval.
Ensuring excellence and adherence to guidelines in Dior installations throughout Brazil.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in
AutoCAD
and
SketchUp .
Knowledge of
Photoshop, InDesign, and
Illustrator
is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of
4 years
of professional experience as an architect.
Prior experience in
Visual Merchandising
is a plus, but not mandatory.

Hybrid (3 days at the office / 2 days at home)
Outside office work - approximately 15% of the time and a few days in the year during night hours and overnight to implement podiums and special projects
