Application Project Consultant delivers new standard business solutions and concentrate on business process re-engineering and technology enablement as well as build relationship with internal customers beyond project's lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery
- Actively participate with the team in planning and setting IRM deliverables;
- Design and develop new IT solutions in collaboration with the team;
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient project delivery and solution design;
- Clarify project requirements to satisfy customers' needs and expectations;
- Deliver project on time and on budget;
- Ensure proper hand over of project delivery to other teams.
Process Improvement
- Identify and prioritize IT process improvements;
- Participate actively in Process Feedback and Process Improvement during Scrum, Gemba, Sprint Retro meetings, etc;
- Support new process implementation and sustainability.
Skills Development
- Develop new soft, business process and technical skills to reinforce the ability to design various IT solutions, enlarge his/her expertise and teamwork abilities in an scrum development approach.
- Share his/her expertise to enhance the skills of other members.
