Job DescriptionSweden needs skilled engineers, with approximately 30,000 required by 2030. We currently have around 200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden. As a senior headhunter, you will help us find engineers ready to move to Sweden.Living standards in Sweden are great, and we need to find engineers to fill these positions. Your job will be to find suitable candidates and inform them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden. You will build trust with candidates, as moving to another country can be a significant life change.You will be supported by a global team of recruiters, an executive management team in Sweden, and a Swedish delivery management team that handles relocation matters for our consultants. We assist with visa, work permits, tickets, housing arrangements, and more.Our clients are primarily in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, and other related fields. You will work with colleagues in various countries, including Albania, Argentina, and Sweden, as part of an efficient team that values joy, trust, and professionalism.RequirementsAt least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment in the IT sector or similar technical experience.A solid network of local engineering talent within IT.Service-oriented with a flexible mindset.High-quality and brand awareness.Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing companies.Upper intermediate English.Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and methods.Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented.Self-confident, social, and motivated.Durable and persistent.Passionate about success with an executive and relaxed attitude.Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance.Work DetailsStart ASAP, full-time, long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur for at least 12 months. Eight hours of efficient work per day, Monday to Friday, with overtime compensation. You will work from home or a co-location center of your choice.Remuneration starts at $1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
