Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Curitiba, PR. As a Business Development & Strategy Analyst, you will be at the heart of our delivery, responsible for transforming raw data into high-level strategic intelligence.
You will not just\ "assist\" but actively build the reports, financial models, and strategic plans that guide our clients' decisions. We are looking for a professional with a multidisciplinary mindset, capable of navigating between financial numbers and marketing positioning to create robust, feasible growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Reporting: Elaborate comprehensive reports that diagnose client performance and outline actionable improvements.
* Economic-Financial Support: Support the development of financial feasibility studies, P&L modeling, and ROI projections for new projects or business expansions.
* Market & Marketing Strategy: Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and brand positioning to design effective sales channel and distribution strategies.
* Opportunity Evaluation: Identify and qualify business opportunities by blending data-driven insights with the practical reality of the beverage industry.
* Client Collaboration: Present findings and strategic roadmaps directly to clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment with their business goals.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
* Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to evaluate complex data sets and derive actionable strategic insights.
* Multidisciplinary Interest: Deep interest in the intersection of Strategic Management, Finance, and Marketing (positioning, sales channels, and go-to-market).
* Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets (financial modeling) and PowerPoint/Canva (strategic presentations).
* Communication: Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, persuasive narratives for stakeholders.
* Industry Experience: Previous experience in consulting or the beverage industry is a plus.
