OverviewManager Digital Governance – PartnershipsJoin to apply for the Manager Digital Governance – Partnerships role at TK Elevator.ResponsibilitiesVendor & Partner Management: Lead the performance management of external vendors and service providers supporting our Digital Roadmaps. Ensure alignment with contractual obligations, service level agreements (SLAs), and strategic objectives.Process Ownership & Optimization: Own and continuously improve key digital governance processes (e.g., vendor onboarding, audit readiness, risk mitigation workflows), ensuring transparency and accountability.Program Management: Define and lead programs to ramp-up or remove vendors, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.Governance & Compliance: Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with internal audit requirements, risk controls, and compliance standards. Act as a liaison between digital programs and internal audit teams.Insightful Reporting: Develop executive-ready reports and dashboards to communicate program status, vendor performance, risk exposure, and audit readiness.Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Procurement, Legal, Compliance, IT Security) and external partners to ensure seamless execution of transformation initiatives and adherence to governance standards.KPI Definition and Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for vendor performance, governance maturity, and transformation impact, enabling data-driven decision-making.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.Experience:5+ years in top business consulting, digital transformation or a similar role, ideally in a global organization.Proven track record of managing or supporting complex digital initiatives in a global organization.Experience in change management and organizational transformation preferred.Background in digital transformation, connectivity solutions, or IoT in the industrial or building automation sector preferable.Skills:Strong sense of ownership and accountability.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including with external vendors.Willingness to learn fast, continuously improve, and uphold high ethical standards.Curiosity, adaptability, resilience and a continuous improvement mindset.Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to shifting requirements.At least B2B Industry or System Know-HowCompetence in and understanding of digital solutions, software and data engineering and how digital products are built, work and are brought to the marketWhat we offerHealth care, Dental care, Bonus, Private pension, Program for pregnant women, Social support program, Life insurance, Telemedicine, Telenutrition, Telepsychology, Restaurant, Transportation.About TK ElevatorPeople are at the heart of everything we do at TK Elevator: we work as a team, care about each other’s safety and share a common vision to keep the world moving.
