This is not a 'make it pretty' gig. We want a designer with exceptional taste, strong opinions, and the instincts to ship visuals that move metrics.What You'll DoYou'll partner with Growth, Product, Marketing, and Founders to: own day-to-day marketing design, evolve and guard our brand system, turn complex AI features into clear visuals, and rapidly prototype A/B test variants.What Success Looks LikeEnhancing our designs to build thought-leadership as a bold brand within AI SaaS, asset turnaround under 48 h for priority requests, and a cohesive brand system used across marketing and sales with near-zero rework.Who You Are6+ years hands-on design experience in SaaS / AI, exceptional taste, and a deep interest in current design trends in tech/SaaS/AI. You're not afraid to be bold and can defend strong creative while staying coachable.Tools: Figma & Wordpress / Elementor power user; Adobe Illustrator as needed.Bonus if you can add light motion (After Effects, or Figma video exports).Bonus Points if You...Have 2–4+ years in marketing/advertising environments (performance creative, concepting, storytelling)Can produce quick micro-motion (feature reveals, UI walkthroughs, ad loops)Understand performance marketing basics (hook hierarchy, thumb-stop, offer framing, mobile-first)Have experience building componentized design systems for marketingThe OpportunityStart part-time freelance; earn your way into a full-time seat in = 12 months through results.
