As a Technical Program Manager, you will oversee the delivery of key projects across various technological tracks. Your responsibilities will include managing teams, ensuring regular updates to stakeholders, conducting MBRs and QBRs, and achieving high customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget by collaborating with technology teams.
* Work closely with stakeholders to understand project scope and manage expectations.
* Lead teams across technologies, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
* Proactively identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks effectively.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes, methodologies, and best practices.
* Utilize effective conflict resolution and negotiation tactics to maintain high-level performance within service teams.
* Establish and monitor KRAs and KPIs as performance metrics for team members.
* Support hiring the right resources for various tracks and ensure SOWs are signed and Invoices cleared on-time.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
* Proven experience in software development project management, including onshore/Nearshore/offshore models.
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and thought leadership skills.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Familiarity with various project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, ITIL).
