SEM Specialist for DTC E-commerce Brands
We are seeking an experienced SEM Specialist to manage and scale paid ad campaigns on Facebook Ads & Google Ads, focusing on Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) e-commerce brands.
This role requires a deep understanding of e-commerce metrics, such as AOV, LTV, conversion rates, and revenue-driving decisions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with e-commerce stores, particularly Shopify, and proficiency in Google Ads Editor for bulk campaign management.

About the Role:
* Manage and scale paid ad campaigns on Facebook Ads & Google Ads, focusing on DTC e-commerce brands.
* Optimize ad performance through data-driven decision-making, improving Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and Cost per Acquisition (CPA).
* Deep understanding of e-commerce metrics to drive profitability.
* Creative testing and ad iteration to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
* Competitor and market trend analysis to identify opportunities and improve strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* +5 years of experience running Facebook & Google Ads campaigns.
* +5 years of experience with Merchant Center.
* Hands-on experience with e-commerce stores, particularly Shopify.
* Proficiency in Google Ads Editor for bulk campaign management.
* Strong analytical skills with a focus on revenue-driving decisions.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken).
* Experience with remarketing and dynamic product ads.
