Job Description:
As a key member of our Professional Services team, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless project delivery and effective resource allocation.
This includes collaborating closely with Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Regional Managers, Senior Directors, Customer Success teams and Sales to efficiently manage resources and workloads.
Key responsibilities include identifying and assigning the right resources for ongoing and upcoming projects based on skills availability priorities.
Additionally
* Maintain real-time visibility of resource capacity across the organization
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proper coverage for new engagements
* Create tools dashboards reports to monitor utilization productivity performance data
