Manager of Strategy & Planning (S&P)
This role operates at the intersection of Finance, Operations, and Strategy, with a strong focus on execution, performance tracking, and cross‑functional coordination to support the company’s growth priorities across multiple business units.
The ideal candidate is a hands‑on manager with strong analytical skills, responsible for structuring planning cycles, monitoring key metrics, developing analyses and business cases, and working closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and with impact. This role requires the ability to turn strategic guidelines into clear action plans, support senior stakeholders with reliable insights, and drive continuous improvement in planning and operational routines.
P&L Leadership & Business Partnering
Own and oversee P&L performance across multiple BUs (Drive Lab and B2B), acting as the key link between Finance and Operations;
Define and track short‑, mid‑, and long‑term topline targets aligned with company growth priorities;
Perform deep‑dive analyses to identify performance gaps, opportunities, and structural improvements;
Develop forecasts and scenarios based on key business drivers such as seasonality, pricing, and unit economics.
Strategic Execution & Insight Generation
Lead cross‑BU initiatives, including strategic projects, MVPs, and new business opportunities;
Translate complex analyses into clear insights and actionable recommendations for senior leadership;
Drive structured problem‑solving and ensure end‑to‑end delivery of selected initiatives with measurable impact.
Qualifications
6–10 years of experience in Strategy & Planning, Corporate Finance, Management Consulting, or Business Operations, preferably in high‑growth or complex environments;
Solid experience in P&L management, financial modeling, and business partnering, working closely with Finance and cross‑functional teams;
Strong analytical and data‑driven skill set, combined with structured problem‑solving and sound business judgment;
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and support decision making through insights and clear recommendations;
Strong communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex topics into clear and actionable messages.
