We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to join our team.
This role involves designing, implementing and supporting complex IT systems for enterprise clients. You will work closely with internal engineering teams and provide expert guidance to help organizations optimize their IT environments.
* Key Responsibilities:
* • Design, install, configure and support systems technologies, including servers, storage and Active Directory.
* • Consult with clients on integrating new technologies into existing infrastructures.
* • Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver tailored business solutions for critical environments.
* • Manage and resolve client support tickets, maintaining clear communication and documentation.
* • Track time against project agreements to ensure service efficiency and profitability.
* • Report on project progress and participate in ongoing technical training and development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 3–4 years of Systems Engineering experience in enterprise or managed service environments.
* 3–4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365.
* Strong background in Intune and mobile device management.
* Proficiency with MFA and/or Single Sign-On solutions.
* Solid understanding of Windows Server and desktop operating systems.
* Proven ability to develop and maintain detailed systems documentation.
* Familiarity with change management, product lifecycles and client service best practices.
