We look forward to receiving your applicationThe Field Service Engineer will perform technical services for equipment maintenance, commissioning and operational training, and in-plant repairs.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on equipment.Start-up of equipment.Participation in installation and project start-up teams.Training of operation and maintenance personnel in charge of the equipment.Communicate the progress of work to the Supervisor of the area.Equipment Repairs & Chemical Membrane Cleaning at Fluence.Receiving and responding to service requests, complaints and technical queries.Preparation of technical reports of work carried out, as well as in cases of failures or proposals for improvements on existing equipment or processes.Request and control of worksheets for monitoring equipment operating parameters.Knowledge of equipment, components and their applications in their entirety.Interlocutor with the customer in technical aspects of equipment already sold.Stay up-to-date on technological advancements.Give feedback on technical aspects to take into account for future improvements.Give feedback to the commercial area on inputs required by the client.Preparation of travel expense reports for the performance of services.Maintenance of your tools and work equipment.Knowledge of commissioning procedures for the different equipment and their corresponding records.Preparation of Service Notes.Comply with the Quality, Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental standards communicated to them and promote them among their peers.Knowledge of waste segregation and the matrix of environmental aspects and impacts applicable to the office, canteen, plant, membrane washing and special waste deposit sector, ofsafety and hygiene standards and prevention measures, policies, instructions, procedures and records applicable to the area, integrated quality and environmental policy, among others.Core CompetenciesResponsible, committed, autonomous, proactive, initiative and interested in contributing to the activities in which he/she participates.Planning and organizational skills.
