A Snapshot of Your Day As the Head of Proposals NC&E (f/m/d), you are leading a team of across several locations working with our global sales organization and serving customers in all relevant market segments for our portfolio of industrial steam turbines. With your PRO NC&E team you are focusing on our entire STG portfolio with focus on control and electrical scope.The scope of the Proposal Management organization spans across technical presentations to our customers, scope definition, preparing bids, commenting customer specifications, development of cost calculations, analyzing and opportunities, planning mitigations as well as the engagement in technical & commercial clarifications and negotiations. The goal is to deliver winning bids with a high quality in calculation and technical clarification.As the leader of the team, you manage the competences in your team and will strongly influence the success of the business with your full responsibility for cost, quality and schedule of proposal projects.
