We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Software Engineer specializing in Salesforce development. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing solutions using Omni Studio tools, such as OmniScripts, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop dynamic, customer-centric applications using Omni Studio components that align with project objectives and Salesforce best practices.
* Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical designs.
* Create technical specifications and designs for Omni Studio components.
* Customize and configure the Salesforce platform using declarative tools to meet business needs.
* Implement integrations with third-party systems using Salesforce APIs and middleware solutions.
* Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of solutions.
* Manage the deployment process and provide ongoing support for deployed solutions.
* Monitor and optimize the performance of Omni Studio solutions.
* Work closely with project managers, other developers, and quality assurance teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
* Experience with integration procedures and middleware solutions.
* Strong understanding of Salesforce security guidelines and industry standards.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a collaborative environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
