The role of Credit Risk Analyst involves evaluating and managing credit and counterparty risk for a portfolio of Brazilian corporate clients.
Key responsibilities include:
* Conducting in-depth analyses of financial statements, market trends, and regulatory developments to assess credit risk.
* Preparing detailed reports on credit assessments and presenting findings to senior management and stakeholders.
* Collaborating with internal teams, including relationship managers, product specialists, and risk management, to evaluate, monitor, and approve credit transactions.
* Monitoring and managing the credit risk exposure of the portfolio, ensuring compliance with internal risk policies and regulatory requirements.
Additionally, the Credit Risk Analyst will support the development and enhancement of credit risk models and tools, and participate in client meetings and due diligence processes as needed.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, and proven experience in credit risk analysis within the corporate sector and familiarity with Brazilian financial markets and regulatory environment.
