Apply now to contribute your expertise and passion for technology and to drive digital transformation into our business success!JOB OVERVIEWAs a Compensation & Benefits Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs, as well as leading the respective team, ensuring competitive structures that attract, retain, and engage top talent. You will act proactively and strategically in the design and implementation of solutions, ensuring process optimization, governance, clarity, and effective communication with leaders, HRBPs, and employees. You will ensure that compensation structures and benefits packages are aligned with the organization's strategic objectives and market best practices.RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and implement global compensation strategies and processes that drive performance and talent retention;Conduct compensation benchmarking analyses, ensuring alignment with market practices and presenting results to the global team;Partner with leadership to review, approve, and adjust salary structures as needed;Develop policies, guidelines, and processes related to compensation and benefits;Create communication and training materials for leaders, HRBPs, and employees regarding compensation and benefits practices;Manage comprehensive benefits programs (healthcare, dental, wellbeing, and non-monetary benefits), including vendor and partner management;Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of benefits programs, proposing improvements based on business needs;Monitor and manage healthcare claims ratio (loss ratio), conducting monthly analyses and developing preventive and corrective actions in partnership with the health area to optimize costs and support contractual negotiations;Ensure compliance of compensation and benefits programs with labor laws and local regulations;Maintain up-to-date compensation and benefits records and prepare reports for internal and external audits;Manage and control all personnel costs, including annual budget preparation, forecasting, monthly reporting in business review meetings, efficiency initiatives, labor capitalization, and provisions control;Act as an interface with different areas inside and outside HR to ensure budget execution aligned with planning;Ensure smooth, secure, and transparent information flow with leadership, the team, and HRBPs.REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields;Solid experience in compensation and benefits management within a corporate environment;Previous experience leading teams;In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits practices and regulations;Strong analytical skills, with experience in data management, budgeting, and process design;Excellent communication, influence, and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders;Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and systemic thinking;Availability to work in a hybrid model (2 days per week on-site);Advanced English (mandatory);Advanced Spanish (preferred);High energy, ownership mindset, and transformation-oriented approach.
