This role is focused on supporting the IT infrastructure of a growing digital marketing agency.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues with computer systems, networks, operating systems, and cloud platforms.
They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and support non-technical users.

 * Proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role
 * Deep knowledge of computer systems, networks, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and cloud platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365)
 * Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills; ability to solve problems independently and communicate solutions clearly
 * Experience with endpoint management, SaaS administration, and automation tools
 * Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices, including MFA, VPNs, patch management, and incident response
 * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to train and support non-technical users
 * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience/certifications)
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, systems, and networks for all employees. They will serve as the first point of contact for internal IT support requests, providing timely troubleshooting and resolution for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.

 * Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and other SaaS platforms
 * Support the deployment and integration of new productivity and collaboration tools, including project management software
 * Monitor and maintain endpoint security, including antivirus, firewalls, VPNs, and multi-factor authentication (MFA)
 * Assist with cloud infrastructure management, data backup, and disaster recovery planning
 * Conduct regular software updates, security patching, and vulnerability assessments
 * Support cybersecurity initiatives, including employee security awareness training and incident response
 * Document processes, create user guides, and train staff on new technologies and best practices
 * Collaborate with leadership to evaluate and implement new tools that enhance productivity and security
