Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive to drive our digital marketing strategy and execute campaigns that deliver exceptional results.

* Job Overview
o This role involves managing and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
o You will be responsible for developing and implementing full-funnel digital advertising campaigns, email campaigns, retargeting, and automated workflows in CRM platforms.

Key Responsibilities

* Digital Campaign Management
o Develop, manage, and optimize full-funnel digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other channels.
o Monitor campaign performance and make adjustments based on KPIs.

Marketing Automation Execution

* Implement email campaigns, retargeting, and automated workflows in ActiveCampaign to nurture leads and ensure accurate CRM data integration.

Creative Asset Production

* Design and produce brand-aligned marketing materials, including brochures, digital ads, product images, videos, and presentation decks.

Website & SEO Management

* Create website content, such as landing pages and product listings, while supporting keyword research and SEO enhancements across the company website and partner platforms.

Social Media Management

* Create, schedule, and publish content on social media, engage with audiences, and produce short-form video content to support organic growth and strengthen brand presence.

Analytics & Reporting

* Use tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and CRM dashboards to build weekly reports and analyze performance data to inform campaign strategy.

Qualifications & Requirements

* A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a mix of creative and performance-based work and a proven track record of generating qualified leads.
* Demonstrated success managing digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn platforms.
* Proficiency in WordPress and landing page builders, solid understanding of SEO tools, analytics and tracking tools, and CRM platforms.
* Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, analytical mindset, excellent written and verbal communication skills, highly organized, and self-motivated team player.
